We designed the required marketing material to reflect the style of the architecture used in the buildings refurbishment. 91 Wimpole was to feature an array of slim, triangular shaped LED lighting. We wanted to mirror this in the design of the brochure and website so created angular partitions throughout the pages within. We also highlighted the prominent positioning of 91 Wimpole using aerial and ground photography.

A cool grey was selected to compliment the neutral greys reflected in the fit-out, allowing the CGIs to really stand out on the page spreads.

The brief was to design a brochure as a coffee table style book that was to be compact, yet still large enough to clearly show off the ambiguous black and white photography featured within.

With carefully selected materials and a number of precision finishes applied, the vibrant copper foils stand out elegantly against the beige book cover, and again against the subtle metallic sheen of the dust jacket.

Silver Pantones, a dulled down orange and cool greys were all used to present the typography.

FTA designed, artworked and produced Helix brochures and property portfolio cases, photographed their UK-wide portfolio and installed signage at the managed sites.

For the property portfolio, we devised a binding inside an aluminium case that opened and closed with a magnetic hinge allowing Helix to add and remove pages as they wished.

The various paper brochures used a combination of embossing and debossing on the covers and a spot varnish on the inner pages.
